Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Works closely with injured or disabled individuals to evaluate return to work possibilities. May make recommendations and/or assist individual with return to work efforts. Reports results of evaluations and/or service efforts to third party payor. May provide other disability management services such as job analysis, labor market research, and job site modification assistance to employers and insurance companies. Ideal candidates should possess MS/MA degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related Human Service field, plus experience in workers' compensation and/or case management. Professional certifications such as CRC and/or CDMS may be required in some jurisdictions.

Employment Specialist
Works closely with vocational rehabilitation counselor and injured/disabled individuals to achieve job placement in appropriate work environments and to conduct pertinent research. Provides effective vocational placement and case management services, including job development and follow up. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, job placement, or related field.

Job Development Specialist
Works closely with vocational rehabilitation counselor and injured/disabled individuals to identify and secure job placement opportunities. Provides job search skills training, assists with resume development, conducts labor market research, and refers job opening information to counselor or client. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of college education and 1-3 years experience providing similar services.
