Face to Face Initial Assessment and Written Plan: This service documents the steps required to accomplish your individualized vocational goals in a detailed written plan that is easy to follow.  You can implement the plan yourself or Cascade can assist.

Resume Development: This service develops a working resume that highlights your skills and experience in the most effective way, and targets the type of position for which you are applying.  This is your chance to PROMOTE YOURSELF in a confident and empowering manner to make a GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!

Labor Market Research with Report: This service is an overview of targeted occupations that are available in your local labor market along with information regarding average and/or median wages associated with those occupations.

Labor Market Survey with Minimum of 5 Employers: This service provides all the information provided in the Labor Market Research Report above, plus pre-screened job leads on actual employers and employment opportunities that currently exist for your immediate follow-up.

Testing: In this service you complete Career Assessments to identify your personal vocational interests and values.  Testing consists of the COPES (Career Orientation Placement & Evaluation Survey) and COPS (Career Occupational Preference System) Assessment Inventories.  Other testing may be available dependent on your specific needs.
