Cascade’s ergonomic training programs teach the basic skills needed to create a healthy work environment, increase productivity and decrease ergonomic risk factors along with their associated costs. You will further develop your skills at completing office-based ergonomic assessments!

Our training programs are flexible and designed to meet your specific needs. You can choose from in-person training sessions to an off-the-shelf video product for purchase for your staff and employees.

Ergonomics Training Video:
Our ergonomic video training program begins with the educational background needed to understand ergonomic risk factors and cumulative trauma disorders. Next, we discuss the workstation evaluation and present a simple step-by-step demonstration with supporting materials needed to conduct a workstation assessment. With our training video and companion workbook you will not need to rely on outside vendors for basic workstation assessments.

In-person Ergonomic Training:
Our classroom training is designed to take place at your work location. Attendees will develop an understanding of what ergonomic risk factors are, how to identify them and how they relate to cumulative trauma disorders. Our in-person training includes a demonstration of an ergonomic assessment.
