Cascade utilizes our expertise in vocational rehabilitation and certified professional staff to produce a more robust interview product. First, our professional Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant completes a vocational assessment, which includes an accurate review of work history, transferable skills analysis and skills. This information allows for better and more viable interviews to be obtained. Our professional staff can also provide job seeking skills training.

Next, our Job Developer Unit utilizes their expertise to obtain quality, viable interviews, following a notification and documentation procedures to keep all parties informed.
